Position Description

As an Operations Program Developer and Trainer, you will be responsible for working within the framework of a team and performing the following activities:

  • Develop and deploy learning content to Operations team members in a variety of formats including classroom and eLearning
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deliver ongoing instruction for the Operations team
  • Create, edit and maintain manuals and documentation of procedures, training programs, support material, and training/job aids
  • Work closely with the Operations team to support all course activities
  • Process all incoming documents from course workbooks and training materials
  • Facilitate communication between multiple teams
  • Maintain accurate records and training of all Operations events and classes
  • Lead Operations training programs and facilitate courses as needed

Position Requirements

This position requires the following skills and attributes:

  • 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of classroom, eLearning, training, or other team member development or mentoring experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
